On November 2-5, 2022, more than 80 authors and musicians from all over the world will come to The Hague for the 30th edition of Crossing Border. The festival takes place in eleven locations in and around the center of The Hague.

TICKETS AND WRISTBAND EXCHANGE

Wristband exchange
To gain entrance to the festival evenings on 4 and 5 November you need a festival wristband. Visitors with a ticket for the Friday evening, Saturday evening or passe-partout can exchange their ticket for a wristband in the main hall of location Nutshuis.

For the special events with PJ Harvey, You’ll have to scream louder and the day programmes on Saturday 5 November, wristbands aren’t required. Ticket holders can go straight to the event location.

Ticketsales on festival days
If the event hasn’t sold out, tickets will be available for purchase on the Friday and Saturday evening. On festival days you can still purchase your tickets online.

PROGRAMME

Just as in 2021, this year will have an extensive day and evening programme. The evening programme on 4 and 5 Nov takes place in the Korzo Theater and the day programme on 5 Nov has been expanded from six to nine locations. New is a You'll have to scream LOUDER evening on 3 Nov with young talent in the Korzo Theater. Below is the complete programme. Wednesday 2 November - Opening night with an exclusive performance by PJ Harvey: poetry reading from her new book and an interview by author Max Porter.

FESTIVAL TICKETS

A ticket overview can be found on the ticket page.

The following tickets are now on sale:

  • November 2, opening night with PJ Harvey (20€)
  • November 3, evening programme You'll have to scream louder (10€)
  • November 4 and 5, festival programme (30€ per evening) and a passe-partout for both evenings (50€)
  • November 5, day programme in nine locations with separate tickets for every programme
  • There is a 50% CJP discount available for tickets of the festival evenings on the 4th and 5th of November and the passepartout ticket.
    Access only with presentation of CJP pass and identification

COVID-19 AND TICKET REFUNDS

It is currently impossible to predict what the situation will be in November with regard to Covid-19 and the measures taken by the government. If a live event is not possible due to new COVID-19 restrictions, all your costs will be refunded in full. Artists may cancel their performances due to international travel restrictions or other corona rules or measures.
