Your child will discover the world of stories, creativity, and language at the Crossing Border Kids programme. Designed for children aged 4 to 12, the programme brings young readers together with international children’s authors and illustrators. Activities take place in both Dutch and the creators’ own languages, offering a rich variety of perspectives and experiences.
Children can join interactive storytelling sessions, meet authors and illustrators, and take part in creative workshops. The makers share their creative processes and sources of inspiration, while helping children bring their own stories to life.
We recommend wearing clothes that can get dirty for the creative workshops.
The Crossing Border Kids programme takes place on 8 November, from 10:00 to 16:00, at Theater De Vaillant.
