Jarvis - Bear and Bird (4+)

Jarvis designed record covers, painted castles, worked as the boy who called out the bingo numbers, and was an animation director before turning his hand to creating picture books. With great humour, Jarvis celebrates small adventures and friendship. His lively, playful illustrations have a unique charm, and his books are filled with cheerful characters and colourful worlds.

His books have sold over 2 million copies worldwide and have been published into over 25 languages. Jarvis lives in Manchester with his wife and their dog Milo. 

At Crossing Border Kids he will present his book series Bear and Bird followed by an interactive workshop.
