S.A. Cosby in conversation with Oscar Kocken

S.A. Cosby, from southeastern Virginia (USA), has emerged as one of the leading new voices in Southern crime noir. His stories unfold not in the big city, but in rural America: among remote towns, deserted back roads, and the swamplands of the American South.

With his acclaimed thrillers Blacktop Wasteland, Razorblade Tears, and All the Sinners Bleed, Cosby firmly established his reputation. All three novels received widespread critical acclaim and won numerous prestigious awards, including recognition in the Netherlands. Several of his books are currently being adapted for film.

This autumn, Dutch readers will see the publication of two new titles: Kingdom of Ash, his latest thriller, and My Darkest Prayer, the acclaimed debut novel that marked his breakthrough in 2018.
