About Soldaat-Hovenier: A Love Between Heaven and Hell
Alois, a Flemish gardener, bids farewell to his beloved Clothilde in 1914 to go fight the enemy. A quiet tale set in a stunning corner of France, it tells of people scarred physically and mentally, of loneliness and friendship, and of the healing power of nature and art.
