Drie Das Mag Debutants

Lieselot Mariën holds degrees in philosophy and law. She has worked in theatre, in professional kitchens, and as a lawyer. Today she focuses on creating audio dramas and documentaries. Als de dieren (When the Animals) is her debut novel.

Thijs Hoekstra (1998) grew up in Haarlem. He studied political science and has published short stories in Ad Valvas, De Gids, and Kluger Hans. He took part in the Das Mag Summer Camp and is the lead singer of the post-punk band Wilson A.

Sarah Arnolds (1992) graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. She has written screenplays and published short stories in De Gids, Extra Extra Magazine, and MacGuffin. Het gore lef (The Sheer Nerve) is her debut novel.
