We'd advise you to use public transport, as The Hague's city centre car-parking facilities are at best limited.
From The Hague's Central Station it's a short 10 minutes walk to Crossing Border festival's main location: beginning at the Stationsplein (the square directly in front of the station), go left into the Herenstraat. Then take the Bleijenburg, which is the second street to the right. Cross the Casuaristraat and keep going straight into the Schouwburgstraat. After about 100 meters walking you'll already see both the entrance to the Nationale Toneel Gebouw (National Theatre Company Building).and the rear of the Koninklijke Schouwburg (Royal Theatre) on your left hand side. If you then pass the Koninklijke Schouwburg (Royal Theatre) and turn to your left, you'll be at the front side and main entrance to the Koninklijke Schouwburg (Royal Theatre).
