The passe-partouts give access to both festival days and the European Literature Award ceremony.

Do not buy any printed tickets from strangers: the barcode could be invalid.

Please note: tickets need to be exchanged for a wristband at Het Nutshuis to get access to the festival venues. Ticket exchange opens at 17:00.
Our venues have limited capacity. Please make sure to be at the location before showtime to see your favourite artist.

Wristband exchange

Ticket buyers can exchange their e-ticket for a wristband on festival days from 5pm onwards at our ticket office in het Nutshuis. Entrance to the festival locations can only be given on display of a wristband.

Press & guests
Press and guests who have an e-ticket (printed or digital) can exchange this for a wristband on the day of the festival from 5 pm onwards at the ticket offices at het Nutshuis (Riviervismarkt 5). Guests without a ticket are welcome at out guest desk in het Nutshuis. Entrance at the festival locations can only be given on display of a wristband.

The information desk and wristband exchange are opened on Friday 3 November and Saturday 4 November from 5pm until 11 pm.

Take note: due to construction work het Nutshuis is poorly accessible. There is a side entrance for wheelchairs which you can access by ringing the doorbell at Jan Hendrikstraat 2 (the doorbell of het Nutshuis).

From Hollands Spoor
Take tram 16 (direction Centrum) and get off at stop Centrum. Walk along the Grote Marktstraat, past de Bijenkorf and the MediaMarkt. After 5 minutes you will see the Grote Markt on your right hand side. Just past Grote Markt, take a right onto the Jan Hendrikstraat and follow the road until you reach the Riviervismarkt on your right. At het Nutshuis you can pick up your wristband and a map.

From Central Station:
Take tram 2, 3, 4 or 6 and get off at Grote Markt. Walk past De Boterwaag to the Jan Hendrikstraat and follow the road until you reach the Riviervismarkt. At het Nutshuis you can pick up your wristband and a map.

A tram departs every 10-15 minutes from tram stop Hoornwijck which will take you to the city centre in 13 minutes. The last tram to the P+R leaves around midnight. Click here for more information.
