Maurice Seleky trained as a lawyer, but swapped his black gown for paper, where his furiously fast pen found its freedom. In his late twenties, his debut novel Ego Faber was awarded the BoArte Culture Prize in 2011. But that’s not all: he also founded the New Literature Foundation, writing competition Manuscripting, and online literary magazine Lood. Ah yes, and he also has a ‘day job’ as a PR & communication strategist, presenter and moderator. Whether it’s about art & culture, (inter)national politics or metropolitan change – Seleky is your man.
